Our firm represents, among others, developers, investors and major corporations in connection with a full range of real estate transactions involving the purchase, sale, construction, financing, development, management and operation of commercial, industrial and residential projects throughout the United States; leasing on behalf of landlords and major tenants; and, as noted, real estate litigation (see “Litigation”). More particularly, both locally and nationally, we have represented real estate developers, investors and owners in a wide range of transactions such as traditional commercial mortgage loans, complex debt-equity conversions, industrial development bond issuances, construction loans, sale-leasebacks, joint ventures and other financing arrangements involving lines of credit and mezzanine loans. Indeed, we have completed leasing agreements for, or otherwise have purchased the headquarters currently occupied by the majority of our largest corporate clients. Utilizing our experience and insight, we are able to offer our clients innovative, personalized solutions to the difficult issues that so often arise in any real estate transaction. In addition, with our experience in environmental law, we are able in these transactions to counsel our clients to avoid or minimize the inherent potential risks of costly environmental problems.
