Edward S. Wactlar concentrates in the
areas of corporate, real estate and environmental law, as
well as corporate and commercial litigation. Mr. Wactlar
is a graduate of Queens College of the City University of
New York (B.A.1967) and Syracuse University School of Law
(J.D. 1970). While in law school, Mr. Wactlar was a member
of the Justinian Honor Society and an editor of the Syracuse

Lonnie Coleman concentrates in the areas
of corporate, commercial and construction litigation. Mr.
Coleman is a graduate of Queens College of the City University
of New York (B.A.1980), the Leonard N. Stern School of Business
at New York University (M.B.A. 1983) and New York University
School of Law (J.D. 1988). Before joining Kramer, Coleman,
Wactlar & Lieberman, P.C., Mr. Coleman practiced with
Pryor, Cashman, Sherman & Flynn LLP, a leading New York
law firm. Mr. Coleman is a member of the Nassau County Bar

Nancy D. Lieberman concentrates in corporate and securities law. Ms. Lieberman is a graduate
of Hofstra University (B.A. 1982) and New York University
School of Law (J.D. 1985). While in law school, Ms. Lieberman
was an editor of the Journal of International Law &
Politics. Before joining Kramer, Coleman, Wactlar &
Lieberman, P.C., Ms. Lieberman practiced with Gordon, Altman,
Butowsky, Weitzen, Shalov & Wein, a leading New York

Gary T. Moomjian concentrates in corporate
and securities law. Mr. Moomjian is a graduate of Queens
College of the City University of New York (B.A. 1974, magna
cum laude) and of New York University School of Law (J.D.
1977). While in college, Mr. Moomjian was a member of Phi
Beta Kappa and a co-winner of the New York State Society
of CPAs Award and while in law school he was a member of
the Order of the Coif, a recipient of the John Norton Pomeroy
Prize and an editor of the New York University Law Review.
Mr. Moomjian previously practiced with Wachtell, Lipton,
Rosen & Katz and was a partner in Breslow & Walker,
LLP and Kaufman & Moomjian, LLC. Mr. Moomjian is currently
a member of the Board of Governors of the Armenian Bar Association
